Theres a note that has been planted on my musical part of my brain Foreverly, the music of musical talent Jeff Brisbin. The guy has pure & thoughtful music that is full of soft touches throughout, I guess you can “Blame it on Love” that’s the name of Jeffs’ latest project & the album is an amazing gem of music at its best. The album starts with the title track called “Blame it on Love” and Jeff brings in his amazing flavor of a simple but chalked full of love. The song has a catchy fling to it and grows on you, and deserves your ears attention. The 2nd song is called “I Wish You Enough” & Jeff puts on the lyrical flavor that is typical Jeff & adds his amazing ability to put poetry into a song that is lovely and pure. I’ve admired Jeff for the last 4 or 5 years now and his songs have had me more in love with his amazing musical abilities that crossover not only as an adult contemporary singer but a musician that has true momentum and cradles all the way through. Jeff, who has been writing his music for several years dating back to his teen years has developed a style that makes all comfortable within and outside his circle. One can’t place Jeff into a certain style, Jeff just has the ability to transform your music pallet into flavorful and truly tasteful memories & savor the love & blessings of life’s beauty. With this album Jeff brings in all elements of the musical band including, but not limited to cellos, b 3 organs and much more. New Years Day ” another song that Jeff seems to have that ability to make you feel his music through his amazing and soul touching lyrics. The next song “The one for Me” is Jeffs’ fingerprints all over it, and I fell in love with this song during my 1st listening to this joyful & truly caring album, that will truly touch you emotionally and fill your heart with love. “For a Song” Jeff shows his sound that brings you with him in his club playing and feels nostalgic and remains basic feel to it but has the complexity of love backing it. “Always in Key” Jeff keeps his amazing lyrical content alive & well and keeps the transformation of poetry into motion into the alive feel of a beautiful musical masterpiece. “It’s Just Love” another reason that Jeff is the true master of love song, his consistent ability to write a song and having you to relate and have common association within his masterful lyrics that really matter. “Ain’t It that Way” a loveable and touching song that truly touches ones soul and pulls on the heart strings and allows you to know who Jeff is a true balladeer. “The Only Feeling Felt’ a song that Jeff brings in his amazing harmonies that sooth the soul & touches your senses into an awe state where, you really don’t wish to vacate. “Not My Business ” a song that sums what Jeff Brisbin is all about, a true musical genius, who teaches respect for love and defines in simple terms through his amazing ability to allow all to understand what love is through his simple approach and asks you to simply put “Blame It On Love”. I love this album and is earned a spot on my radio show and I will honestly be a “Foreverly” a true fan of Jeff Brisbin.
